Can We Help ?

Hello. Just thinking about going to counselling can be stressful in itself but it looks like you've taken the first most difficult step.

We can all experience times in our life when we find it a struggle. We may be feeling stuck or experiencing a distressing situation which can leave us feeling overwhelmed and hard to cope. How We Work

The Town House counselling is based near central Tunbridge Wells and provides one-to-one counselling. We work in private rooms which provide a confidential and supportive environment. Here at your own pace, you can talk freely about any aspect of yourself or your life that may be difficult or painful.

We are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework for best practice. The BACP is one of the largest professional registering bodies for counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK ensuring all its' members are trained and qualified to high standards...more

There is no obligation to proceed after this meeting but if you decide you would like to continue we will set up a weekly session. These will last for 50 minutes and be at the same time each week for as long as you feel you need them...more
