Who We Are

Historically I have worked extensively in the area of personal coaching and development for a large retail bank in the City. I subsequently qualified with a BACP-accredited Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and a Diploma in Parent-Child Therapy. I have undertaken additonal training in Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT). This breadth of training I believe helps me to work with a broad spectrum of of clients including the ability to work alongside young people and their parents as well as in a one-to-one setting. 

I have also worked in a south east London secondary school with young people (aged 11-16) where my aim was to help them express what was going on for them emotionally and to work alongside them to find ways to help them thrive. Today I work with young people from the age of 11 upwards.
